Ingredients needed for Bread Machine Pizza Dough
- 640 grams Warm Water
- 880 grams All-Purpose Unbleached Flour
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 3 Tbs Sugar
- 4 Tsp Instant Dry Yeast
- 1 Tbs Olive Oil
- Optional: Cornmeal
How to make Bread Machine Pizza Dough
- Mix dry ingredients together in bread machine pan (or stand mixer)
- Add warm water (not too hot) and olive oil
- Using a bread machine on the raw dough setting for 10 minutes (if you have more time you could let it go a full 20 minutes)
- Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover for 45 minutes to an hour or until doubled in size
- Place dough on a floured surface and divide into 3-4 balls of dough
- Roll each ball of dough out into the shape and thickness of pizza crust that you want and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Allow to rise while the oven is preheating to 475° F
- Pre-cook each crust for 5 minutes and then add desired toppings.
- Cook pizza for 7-10 minutes to desired crispiness.
- Half-way through baking, butter the crust and sprinkle with garlic salt.
